Sanchez & Rigg is a Glasgow-based Performing Arts company with a passion for combining music, dance and physical performance with influences from different cultures. 

 

This duo is formed by Spanish & Flamenco choreographer and performer Leticia Sanchez, and Scottish percussionist, vocalist and music maker Anders Rigg. Their passion for rhythm as a percussionist and a flamenco dancer led them to start exploring a joint path in the Creative Arts. Both are interested in combining disciplines of music, dance and physical performance in their individual work. Together, they develop ways of communication between art forms while training new skills that allow them to keep growing as individuals sharing a joint artistic journey.

As freelance artists, they combine creating and performing alongside their regular teaching. Community is important, and for them, sharing their passion with others brings them energy and inspiration.
